At BADGER pellets, we make every effort humanly and materially possible to guarantee consistently high quality and the most innovative services (innovation in packaging, in transport services, in the optimisation of quality parameters of the pellets...).

It is in this context that, for more than 15 years, we have provided our clients with pellets with internal quality criteria which are much moree restrictive than those required by the standards ENplus A1 and DINplus!

In addition to the parameters measured continuously, each of our production sites has its own laboratory in order to be able to collect and control quality of pellet products. We analyse and store our samples for more than one year! This allows us to know exactly what was produced on each of our sites and what has been loaded into bulk trucks and bags! We therefore control quality from the factory right to your heating unit.

Our central laboratory and R & D centre has the advanced equipment necessary to cross results, deepen certain analyses and conduct research on wood material, combustion parameters,...

Finally, as well as guaranteeing quality, we guarantee our service. Our teams and our advanced equipment are there to reassure you if you have the slightest doubt about the quality of our product. In order to ensure the traceability of our BADGER Pellets®, from each shipment of the bulk trucks of our network of BADGER Pellets® distribution partners , a sample is collected, sealed and signed by the driver. So, we are able to find, at any time, the sample of bulk BADGER Pellets® which were loaded for analysis if necessary!
